RE: UNAUTHORISED USE OF COMPANY NAME BY INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND TOBACCO SMUGGLERS IN AUSTRALIA
We have recently been informed by the Australian Border Force (ABF) that certain illegal international freight forwarding companies, acting in collusion with tobacco smuggling syndicates operating within Australia, have falsely listed Green World Co Pty Ltd as the consignee for illicit tobacco shipments. These entities have used our company name to fraudulently clear customs and illegally import tobacco into Australia without our knowledge, authorisation, or consent.
We hereby state clearly and unequivocally that Green World Co Pty Ltd is a legitimate importer and trading company conducting all business activities in full compliance with Australian laws and regulations. We have no involvement whatsoever in any such smuggling activities, nor have we ever authorised any third party—domestic or international—to use our name for customs clearance or import purposes.
We demand that all individuals and entities responsible for these illegal actions immediately cease and desist from any further unauthorised use of Green World Co Pty Ltd or identity. We will not tolerate any infringement upon our legal rights and business reputation.
Should we obtain any further leads, evidence, or information relating to such infringements, we will promptly refer the matter to the Australian Federal Police (AFP), the Australian Border Force (ABF), and other relevant government authorities for immediate investigation and prosecution.
